Background

Daniel Benhayoun was born in Ouezzane, Morocco. After moving to Israel at a young age, and residing there for a number of years, he has lived in Venezuela, Chile, and currently, in Miami, FL. He first obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela, where he graduated in the top five percent of his class.

After practicing law in Venezuela for over 25 years, Daniel graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL, where he was also awarded a Dean's Merit Scholarship. Daniel subsequently earned his Master of Laws in Taxation with an emphasis in International Taxation, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

In his career as a corporate attorney in Venezuela, Daniel successfully negotiated multimillion dollar contracts both in the private and public sectors.
